Having had the great luck and pleasure to meet and talk to Micky a few times within the last 15 years at and after shows and festivals in Germany with the MAN Band always meant much to me. I think it was Jim Capaldi who had an album title called `Whale Meet Again`. I hope there is a RockīnīRoll heaven and Jim is true. Hope to see you again, Micky.

Mickey remains one of the most inspiring musicians I've ever seen and I'm lucky to have seen Man far more times than I can remember. Americans lost a truly shamanic musician in Jerry Garcia and we in Wales have, sadly, lost our equivalent. My deepest sympathy and respect to all his family, friends and colleagues.
